The court sentenced B. to ten weeks in prison for failing to provide aid to someone in danger. Forty-two months were demanded, for manslaughter resulting in death. This could not be proven in court. The victim drowned in February 2018 at the pontoon where B. lived, in the Haagse Ypenburg neighborhood.
