Initial Chat
A conversation with our Talent team to get to know you beyond your résumé. We’ll explore how you think, what drives you, and how your mindset aligns with our values. It’s also a chance for you to learn more about Ground News, and ask any questions you may have about the role or the team.
Hiring Manager Interview
A focused discussion to dive deeper into the role, expectations, and how your experience aligns with the team’s goals.
Code Review or Case Study Interview (some teams only)
This will be an interview mainly focused on your problem-solving skills, designed to assess your analytical thinking and collaboration style. The goal is to give you a feel for the kind of work we do and how we approach challenges.
Team Conversation
Meet with a team member to explore your working style and how we might collaborate day-to-day. Depending on the role, this may include a strategic discussion with a senior leader.
Founder Interview
Connect with our Founders to discuss your long-term goals, what drives you, and how you could shape the future of Ground News.
Offer & Feedback
After we’ve completed our internal debrief, we’ll follow up with a final decision and share thoughtful feedback, regardless of the outcome.
