Schiphol Airport's nature permit has been revoked. This was decided by the court in The Hague, following a lawsuit filed by environmental organization Mobilization for the Environment (MOB). The court ruled that the permit "was not carefully prepared and was insufficiently motivated." The ruling puts an end to the permit process that was started in 2023 to put an end to years of illegal nitrogen policy.
