52 Arabs have lost their lives since the beginning of the year. Yesterday, Said Jabarin was shot dead in the city and earlier an indictment was filed against a city resident for a murder that occurred in January. The municipality called for "an end to the cycle of violence and bloodshed," and accused the police of not fulfilling their duties.
