CLAY COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— The Clay County Sheriff's Office found a person who had a Silver Alert out from Licking County, Ohio. According to Sheriff Brison Swearingen, the sheriff's office was notified that the man may be in the Vigo/Clay area.
