A Baxter County man was recently arrested for spitting in the face of an emergency room nurse at Baxter Health in Mountain Home. Sixty-one-year-old Steven Lyn Ellison of Gamaliel is facing two charges, one of them a felony, for the incident which happened May 17. According to the probable cause affidavit from the Mountain Home Police Department, the nurse said Ellison was a patient in the emergency room, was out of control and trying to get up. …
