LaCroix powers Pompton Lakes football to first conference victory over Elmwood Park

Sophomore quarterback Matthew LaCroix accounted for two touchdowns, one through the air and one on the ground, as Pompton Lakes defeated Elmwood Park 21-7 at Hershfield Park on Saturday afternoon in Pompton Lakes.LaCroix connected with Michael Epstein for a 15-yard touchdown pass and added a 3-yard rushing touchdown as Pompton Lakes (2-1) has won back-to-back games and earned its first conference win of the season.
