Hungary has taken the European Union to court over its decision to provide proceeds from frozen Russian assets to Ukraine, which has been resisting a Russian invasion for four years. The case is being heard by the General Court of the Court of Justice of the EU, a lower court, Euronews reported today. According to Hungarian media, the ruling could set a precedent for protecting the veto power Budapest is seeking in its lawsuit.
