ST. CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. - The Wentzville General Motors plant will experience temporary layoffs, according to a joint letter from the plant's executive director and union chairman. In the letter signed by Plant Executive Director Eric Shelhorn and UAW Local 2250 Chairman Jon Daugherty, the officials say the temporary layoffs will happen between Sept. 29 to Oct. 19.
