Baja Midnight, Quesocrisp Taco, and more: What’s coming to Taco Bell in 2025

Taco Bell announced new menu items for 2025, including Mountain Dew Baja Midnight and Quesocrisp Taco at their annual event in New York City.
The new Quesocrisp Taco features a shell made from crispy cheese, while nostalgic items will return from the early 2000s and 2010s, such as Cool Ranch Doritos Locos Tacos.
