Warren approves RSU 40 school budget, elects Butler for school board by a one-vote edge

By one vote, Rick Butler edged out Julie Swindler for a seat on the RSU 40 School Board at the June 10 polls in Warren. Butler received 236 votes and Swindler, 235. Warren’s Annual Town Meeting takes place over two days, beginning June 10 at the polls with four questions, and then resumes June 17, again at the Masonic Hall, where residents will consider the municipal budget, and tend to additional town business.
