Tunisia: 600 hectares treated against the invasion of pilgrim locusts

As part of the fight against the invasion of pilgrim locusts, the departments of the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources and Fisheries announced that 600 hectares of land had been treated until 27 March 2025. The intervention concentrated on the governorates of Tataouine, Médenine, Gabes, Tozeur and Kebili, where the presence of insects was reported.
