WATERVLIET — A Troy man has been sentenced to 12 years in state prison for selling drugs that resulted in the deaths of two men. Albany County District Attorney Lee C. Kindlon announced Friday that David Mathes, 28, was sentenced by Judge Thomas Marcelle after pleading guilty to two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree.
