On Thursday, the Secretary General of the Service Office of the Slovak Ministry of Culture, Lukáš Machala, accompanied by men in balaclavas, came to the Spiš Museum in Levoča and took away a bust of the 15th-century Renaissance artist Donatello. It is not yet clear where it was taken. When asked by Novinky, the Slovak Ministry of Culture did not want to specify "for security reasons".

Even the top officials of the Ministry of Culture were not informed that the statue would be moved. Director General of the Cultural Heritage Section Peter Lukáč said that "this is really being done between the relevant departments. We are not informed."
The bust of Cecilia Gonzaga was created in the 15th century.
