The Trump v. Wilcox decision seems out of sync with the urgency displayed by Chief Justice John Roberts Jr. and most of his colleagues to defend their own constitutional turf against Trump and his minions. Here they rewarded that administration for ignoring the obligation of all federal officials to honor judicial precedents and court orders, until and unless the Supreme Court overturns them.,
