Moscow accuses Kiev of stronger attacks on energy facilities
According to Russia, Ukraine has intensified its attacks on energy plants - regardless of the agreed ceasefire. The number of corresponding attacks in the Kursk and Belgorod regions has increased, explained the Ministry of Defense in Moscow. There were power outages following hits on high-voltage lines and substations.
