Roseville to try to have Sacred Heart Church challenge thrown out of court

A Roseville artist’s attempt to block the redevelopment of the former Sacred Heart Catholic Church property into a fuel center and store appears to be headed for defeat. Edward Stross, owner of the Gonzo! Art Studio on Gratiot and Utica roads, filed a claim of appeal earlier this month objecting to how the city of Roseville approved the project.
