Rite Aid pharmacies in Alma, Ithaca closing

Although rumors have been swirling for a couple of weeks, and neither was on the list of Michigan closings announced last month, Rite Aid pharmacies in both Alma and Ithaca will be closing within the next few weeks. According to an employee at the Alma location, 1341 Wright Ave., the pharmacy portion of the business will cease operation on July 9, while the remainder of the store will remain open until Aug. 19.
