Greene County native to take reins of Hudson Valley Community College
Hudson Valley Community College has selected its new president, after a year without a permanent leader.The SUNY Board of Trustees on Wednesday voted to appoint Michael Brophy to the position.Brophy is originally from Greene County and is currently the president of Hilbert College in Buffalo. During that time, he increased the school’s enrollment by 30%, according to a statement from HVCC.
