‘Parks are key’: Major ARPA upgrades to Prospect Park completed

TROY, N.Y. — Upgrades announced last August for Prospect Park have been completed. The revamped tennis court, the new pickleball courts, and the new playground equipment were all part of the $960,000 in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds that the city allocated for the park.
