Park Rapids School Board says some out-of-state trips will no longer require pre-approval

The Park Rapids School Board, on Tuesday, June 3, updated procedures for out-of-state travel. At their May 19 meeting, the school board had discussed the need to request permission for out-of-state travel to destinations just across the North Dakota border.
