Poland warns Russia's Putin against crossing its airspace for Trump summit
Poland warned it may enforce the ICC arrest warrant against Putin if he uses its airspace for a summit with Trump amid Russia's war in Ukraine, officials said.
- Last week, U.S. President Donald Trump said he planned to meet Vladimir Putin in Budapest, and Budapest said it would ensure Putin can enter Hungary for the summit while Russia's delegation would need to transit at least one EU country's airspace to avoid Ukraine.

- Bulgaria's Foreign Minister Georg Georgiev said Bulgaria would be willing to let Putin use its airspace if it might help secure peace in Ukraine.
- On Tuesday Poland warned it could execute an arrest warrant if Putin traveled through its airspace, and Sikorski said a court might order escorting the aircraft to The Hague.
- Hungary is in the process of leaving the ICC, and Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban maintains warmer relations with Russia, while Georgiev said any meeting should be mediated and Bulgaria had not received an air travel request.
