- Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodame confirmed that two local vigilantes died and two others were injured in the operation, and efforts continue to track and rescue abducted civilians including women and children.
- The Nigerian Air Force reiterated its dedication to following strict engagement protocols and humanitarian laws as it continues efforts to counter criminal groups endangering regional stability.
