FLNKS, the Californian independenceist party, will announce its position on the Bougival agreement on Tuesday, August 12.
While the Front de libération nationale Kanak socialiste (FLNKS) must formalize its rejection of the agreement signed in July with the state and non-independenceists on the future of New Caledonia, the Minister of the Overseas Territories, Manuel Valls, announced on Sunday that he would go there the following week.
All the structures that make up the Socialist Kanak National Liberation Front have already voted against the text, signed on 12 July after ten days of intense negotiations between independents and non-independences.

The appeal made by FLNKS president Christian Tein, at the opening of the 45th Extraordinary Congress, found a unanimous echo, this weekend, at Mont-Dore. According to information from NC the 1st, the draft Bougival agreement was rejected as a whole.
