Mustang small business owner's electric bill nearly triple his rent

MUSTANG, Okla. (KFOR) - Larry Cossey has owned his small business for 19 years in Mustang called Cossey's Custom Cut Meats. Cossey, an OG&E electric customer, has been a good-paying customer for 19 years, but Thursday morning took him by surprise when the utility company hit him with a bombshell bill for over $4,000.
