To draw attention to the fly-tipping problem in Antwerp, photographer Noortje Palmers sprays a circle with chalk paint around all the places where she encounters waste. She then posts a photo of it on Instagram and calls on local residents to do the same. "Last week the parking lot in front of my photo studio was full of waste, that was the last straw," says Palmers.
