IPO-bound upskilling startup Imarticus Learning has acquired Bengaluru-based edtech platform MyCaptain for INR 50 Cr in a cash and stock deal. With this, MyCaptain will now operate as a fully-owned subsidiary of the Mumbai-based startup.
