'Even Judges Aren’t Above Scrutiny': CJI BR Gavai Urges Swift Action On Misconduct

The government intends to introduce a proposal for the removal of Justice Yashwant Varma of the Allahabad High Court during the 2025 Monsoon Session in New Delhi.
