PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — MSPCA-Angell and many of its MASS coalition partners will be waiving adoption fees on some cats and dogs in their shelters. According to MSPCA-Angell, adoption fees for older cats or cats with medical conditions will be waived starting Friday through Saturday.
