The anti-fascist Maja T., accused in the Budapest complex, has to remain in prison in Hungary and announced the continuation of her hunger strike. The court refused an application for house arrest.
Maja T. should never have been detained in Hungary, the Federal Constitutional Court in Karlsruhe had prohibited extradition. The non-binary person tried to be transferred to Germany. However, an application for house arrest is not successful. There are many years in prison.


Maja T. is accused of having been involved in acts of violence against actual or alleged right-wing extremists in Budapest in 2023. Now a court ruled: The Germans remain in custody.
