Hilton Head IrishFest HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. (WSAV) — The founder of the Hilton Head St. Patrick's Day Parade and Coastal Restaurants and Bars (CRAB) passed away on Friday. Tom Reilley was 78-year-old. He had seven children. He and his wife, Dianne, opened Reilley’s Grill and Bar in 1982.
