Families adopt more than 10 kids from overseas
Photo: Getty Images By Gill Bonnett of RNZ Some New Zealanders have adopted more than 10 children from overseas and one woman with previous convictions smuggled children into the country, government briefings have revealed.
The police have issued a search warrant for the missing parents and their eight children. Documents obtained by Iltalehti reveal a background that has not previously been made public. The children of the large family knew that they were being picked up. They had packed their backpacks when the parents drove to the edge of the field.
