Ecuador Begins Vaccination Week of the Americas 2025 Prioritizing Protection against Tetanus and Diphtheria

The campaign prioritizes women, including pregnant women, and men aged 7 to 75 who have not completed their tetanus vaccination scheme. It also focuses on high-risk populations such as agricultural workers, cleaning, maintenance, mechanics, health personnel, firefighters, artisans, street traders and people exposed to contaminated wounds or travelling to endemic areas.
