The Northern Midlands will permanently close the public toilets and deactivate the barbecue at Laycock Street Park just six months after the facility opened.

A County crew on Wednesday repaired the vandalism that took place Saturday night to bricks in the playlot near the concession stand at Overlook Park in White Rock.
