Twenty-six countries of the “coalition of volunteers” committed themselves to military support for Ukraine “by land, sea or air” in the event of a ceasefire with Russia, to deter Moscow from attacking its neighbor again, announced yesterday the French President, Emmanuel Macron, who did not specify the full list of members or offer more details for “security reasons”.
