35-Year-Old man jailed on $20k bond for multiple charges

A Manhattan man was arrested Monday in the 2700 block of Buttonwood Drive, in connection to criminal incidents occurring between May 2024 and January 2025. 35-year-old Anthony Toliver is charged in a Riley County District Court warrant with criminal deprivation of property, two counts of criminal damage to property, robbery, theft, domestic battery, and intimidation of a witness or victim. A Dewey man is facing a felony charge after allegedly strangling someone.   35-year-old Daniel Thurman was charged on Monday with domestic assault and battery by strangulation.   According to the Dewey Police Department, Thurman allegedly got upset with the victim that he was not able to use their car.
