Authorities sought the public’s assistance Thursday in locating a 26-year-old woman diagnosed with an unspecified mental health disorder who was last seen in San Fernando. Faith Grace Twiggs was last seen on March 5 around 11 p.m. at an undisclosed location, according to the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
