The Rix Group has acquired the IP of former leisure home manufacturer Atlas Leisure Homes for an undisclosed sum. The deal, which follows Atlas Leisure Homes being wound up earlier this year, also sees the Rix Group acquire the model designs and names used by the Hull company, along with some plant and equipment.
