Thirteen Romanians were probably exploited by a temporary employment agency in the meat processing industry in North Brabant. After Facebook recruitment, they had to hand in their passports in the Netherlands and sign documents they could not read. Ultimately, they were "put on the street penniless by employees", reports the Dutch Labour Inspectorate. They are investigating.
