Young men and women who "robbed people by promising them jobs" were arrested by RIB

The Rwanda National Investigation Agency (RIB) has arrested Mungaruriye Eric and his two accomplices, Beneyo Jean Norbert and Iradukunda Aliane, on charges of fraud and extortion.
