WINDOM — Henry Yqvani Alvarez-Hernandez, 26, of Windom, is charged with first degree burglary in Cottonwood County Fifth District Court. The charge stems from a Sept. 28 incident in Windom. According to the law enforcement report, Windom Police officers were dispatched to a Windom residence for a reported burglary that had just occurred.
