Man indicted for murder after domestic volence incident

A suspect has been charged with first-degree murder for last week’s fatal stabbing of a Wilson County woman during a domestic assault incident.

According to the 15th Judicial District Attorney General Jason L. Lawson, 38-year-old Rafael Arita-Alberto was indicted by the Wilson County Grand Jury on a first-degree murder charge and has since been arrested. He is being held without bond in the Wilson County Jail.
