Epic rain poured on many parts of the country this week, suspending classes and work. Once more, Filipinos have found themselves wading into deep floods. Some have been swept away by the waters, resulting in at least a dozen needless deaths. Every year, around July, we get a week or so of these torrential rain and floods.
