Wendy Hoff charged with 3 lesser offenses in sign theft case

ALEXANDRIA — An Alexandria woman has been charged with three lesser offenses relating to the alleged theft of hundreds of signs. A previous felony charge was dismissed against Wendy Hoff, 51, earlier this month.
