According to a survey conducted by UFC-Que Choisir published this Thursday, only 52% of establishments receiving public services in France have a drinking water point, although they have all been obliged to do so since January 2022.
Based on a study that shows that 98% of lakes and rivers in southern Quebec are inaccessible to the public, the Rivières Foundation asks the government to preserve the few public accesses to water, but also to create new ones.
