Smoke has appeared again at the Racławicka metro station in Warsaw. Although there was no open fire, the situation is worrying – it is another incident in the same place in just a few dozen hours. What do we know about the causes and how did it affect metro service?

The findings to date confirm that the fire was caused by a technical failure and exclude anyone's involvement in the incident. We are currently waiting for an expert opinion on firefighting, the Warsaw police reported on Wednesday, ending speculation about a fire in the capital city's metro. The procedural activities related to the incident at the Racławicka station have already been completed.
