According to a report by Synopsis consultant, if the CPI is below 2.4%, the average wage would begin to reverse the arrears it accumulated against inflation during the first months of the year. Most guilds still lose compared to prices.
The wage agreements of the big unions surveyed averaged a monthly increase of 1.9%. At the end of the first quarter of the year almost all the big unions run below accumulated inflation 11.6%- product of the backwardness that wages accumulate from the March barefoot.
