Ten hours after the polling stations opened, 71.5 percent of voters have cast their ballots for the presidential elections in South Korea. According to the Yonhap news agency, this concerns 31.7 million eligible voters. The total of over 44 million voters can cast their ballots until 13:00 Dutch time.
