Raičević, as announced by the Municipality of Bar, said that he is proud of the fact that Montenegro and Bar, together with all the great nations of Europe, equally and honorably celebrate the memory of the collapse of fascism, to which our brave sons and daughters made a significant contribution with their courage, so that we could live in freedom and peace today.
