Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez on Tuesday accused the US government of carrying out "multidimensional, non-conventional warfare" against Cuba, which he said has lasted for almost seven decades and "become ever crueler and more ruthless during the last seven months."
The debate, called “Necessity of ending the commercial and financial embargo imposed by the United States of America against Cuba”, was overwhelmingly supported by 136 votes in favour in the United Nations General Assembly.
